I suspect it was pattern made.. Denim fabric with yellow stitching like classic jeans.. cute detail! Floor length with a wide sweep and pretty bottom ruffle.. Faux button panel down the front.. The buttons are so good! Gold horse heads! Waist band is made of a lighter blue denim.. Zips up the side with a metal zipper.. Unlined. I love the way the pink selvedge is
