Belo mineral Sourced from a century-old vineyardBelo is a white blend from Collio, made with Friulano, Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia and Pinot Blanc. It was born from a difficult season, when hail left too few grapes for the usual Waldo wine, so the remaining fruit was turned into a lighter, younger cuve with its own character. The Ribolla Gialla is made with a short carbonic maceration, while the other grapes are pressed directly. Fermentation is spontaneous, and the wine ages in concrete and large oak
